Recipe

Ingredients:

1½ oz Bourbon

¾ oz Chambord

½ oz Fresh lemon juice

2–3 dashes Orange bitters

Elderflower tonic, to top

Method:

Combine bourbon, Chambord, lemon juice, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice

Shake to chill and properly dilute

Strain into a chilled coupe

Top gently with elderflower tonic

Garnish with an expressed lemon twist
